Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Scott has lived in North San Diego County since 1971. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a partner in the Escondido based CPA firm of Dunlap, Dunlap and Peck. He lives in Rancho Bernardo with his wife Susan and son Michael. As a Rotarian, Scott has held all officer positions in his club including club President (1996-1997.)
